Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA, IRMA, IHC (cryostat and paraffin sections) , In paraffin section no pre-treatment is required, however heat induced antigen retrieval may improve the staining. Each laboratory should select it's own optimum staining and pre-treatment conditions. Positive Control: Colon carcinoma
