Beschreibung: Helicobacter pylori is nowadays recognised as one of the most common humanpathogens, and has been recently defined as a class 1 carcinogen. It has anability to colonise gastric mucosa, where it causes chronic gastritis and is a majorcause for duodenal and sometimes gastric ulcers.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1: 5000 to 1:20 000 with ECL system (WB) 1:10 000 to 1:20 000 (ELISA).

Konzentration: IgY concentration is 23.5 mg/ml

Buffer: total IgY in PBS pH 8.0+ 0.02% sodium azide

Lagerung: store at 4°C, make aliquots to avoid working with a stock. Please, remember tospin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur fromliquid material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
