Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 20+21 kDa bands observed in Human Spleen lysates.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
