Applikationshinweise: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:16000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 23  kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex, Amygdala, Hippocampus) lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we can not find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 96.7  kDa according to NP_004510.1. The 23  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
