Spezifität: Hamster Anti-Mouse Ly-6C recognizes Mouse Ly-6C . This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The Ly-6C antigen is found on some monocyte/macrophage populations, endothelial cells, thymocytes, NK-cells, T-cell subsets and 40% of bone marrow cells from all mouse strains tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC (Frozen), FC Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections at a concentration of 1.0 g/ml. Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing Ly-6C . A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing Ly-6C with Anti-Mouse Ly-6C at =1.0 g per 1.0 X 106 cells in a 100 l total staining volume, followed by UltraAvidin- R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) (Leinco Prod. No.: A104). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Buffer: This biotinylated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Lagerung: This biotinylated antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
