Spezifität: Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse Ly-6C (Clone 7B10) recognizes Mouse Ly-6C . This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The Ly-6C antigen is found on some monocyte/macrophage populations, endothelial cells, thymocytes, NK-cells, T-cell subsets and 40% of bone marrow cells from all mouse strains tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC (Frozen), FC Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections at a concentration of 1.0 g/ml. FC: This antibody can be used at a concentration of = 1.0 g per 100 l of whole blood (or per 1.0 x 10^6 cells in a 100 l total staining volume). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: This Allophycocyanin (APC) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Lagerung: This AP°C conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
