It is not expressed on differentiated cells. TRA-1-60R is a neauraminidase-resistant epitope variant of TRA-1-60. TRA-1-60 expression is proportional to tumor growth. Applications: Flow (Cell Surface), IHC (paraffin), IP and Western blot analysis.
