Beschreibung: Serpin A6 is a secreted glycoprotein that belongs to the serpin family of protease inhibitors. Serpin A6 is produced from hepatocytes in the liver and is involved in the transport of glucocorticoids and progestins in the blood.

Spezifität: The antibody recognizes ~45 kDa of Serpin A6 from samples of human, mouse and rat origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
