Beschreibung: Stromal cell-derived factor-1 beta is a stromal derived CXC chemokine that belong to the intercrine family, members of which activate leukocytes and are often induced by proinflammatory stimuli such as lipopolysaccharide, TNF, or IL-1. SDF-1β signals through CXCR4 receptor.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot analysis (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant human SDF-1β (Cat.# 4390-10) can be used as a positive control.
