Beschreibung
|
MART-1 (also known as Melan-A) is a melanocyte differentiation antigen recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Six other melanoma associated antigens recognized by autologous cytotoxic T cells include MAGE-1, Tyrosinase, gp100, gp75, BAGE-1, and GAGE-1. Subcellular fractionation shows that MART-1 is present in melanosomes and endoplasmic reticulum.

Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Recombinant human MART-1 (Cat.# 4823-5) can be used as a positive control.
