Beschreibung: Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) contains two isoforms in mammals, LDH-M and LDH-H, which come together to form a homotetramer of 36 kDa subunits. LDH is often as a marker for tissue breakdown or cytotoxicity. LDH shows cytoplasm localization.

Buffer: 500 µg (5 mg/ml) goat anti-LDH polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal.

Lagerung: Store at -20°C. Shelf life: 12 months. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
