Beschreibung: Furin is a ubiquitous protein located within the trans-Golgi network. It is found in many tissues and cell lines including MDCK, HeLa, HepG2 and NIH-3T3. Furin is a proprotein convertase that is responsible for the proteolytic maturation of many precursor proteins that are secreted from the constitutive secretory pathway

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~95-110 kDa Furin/PACE. A splice variant (~60 kDa) can also be detected.

Reinigung: Affinity Purified Antibody

Buffer: 100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-Furin/PACE polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal.

Lagerung: Store at -20°C. Shelf life: 12 months. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
