Beschreibung: FKBP52 (also known as FKBP4, Hsp56, FK506 binding protein 4, p52, FKBP59) is a 55kDa peptidyl-propyl isomerase. FKBP52 catalyzes the transition between cis- and trans- proline residues which is important in immunoregulation and proper protein folding and trafficking. FKBP52 may involve in the intracellular trafficking of hetero-oligomeric forms of the steroid hormone receptors.

Spezifität: The antibody detects 55 kDa band in samples from mouse and rat origins. Blocking peptide (Cat.# 3880BP-50) is available separately.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects 55 kDa band in samples from human, mouse and rat origins.

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Reinigung: Affinity Purified Antibody

Buffer: 100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal.

Lagerung: Store at -20°C. Shelf life: 12 months. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
