Beschreibung: DNA binding protein 7 (DBP-7) is also known as Chd7. Mutations in the Chd7 gene is believed to be a major implication of CHARGE syndrome. CHARGE syndrome is associated with anomalies such as malformations of the heart, inner ear, retina and cranial nerve defects.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot analysis (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant DBP-7 (Cat.# 7603-20) can be used as a positive control.
