Beschreibung: Cytochrome P450 is mainly found in liver, and can metabolize a wide range of compounds such as organic solvents, acetaminophen, dimethylnitrosoamine and aliphatic alcohol, which have certain toxicological effects in humans. Ethanol-induced cytochrome P450 IIE1 is considered to be one of the major causes of oxidative stress in the liver following ethanol treatment.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml) .However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects ~58kDa cytochrome P450 IIE1 from samples of human, mouse, rat and dog origins.

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Reinigung: Affinity Purified Antibody

Buffer: 100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.01% thimerosal.

Lagerung: Store at -20°C. Shelf life: 12 months. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
