Beschreibung: ARVCF (Armadillo Repeat gene deleted in Velo-Cardio-Facial syndrome) is a member of thecatenin family and may be involved in protein-protein interactions at adherens junctions. ARVCF contains a coiled coil domain in the N-terminus and a 10 armadillo repeat sequencein the midregion.

Spezifität: This antibody is specific for the protein ARVCF, that belongs to the p120 subfamily ofarmadillo proteins. ARVCF was localized in the proximal tubules of adult kidney and inrenal cell carcinoma derived therefrom. Species: Human, Bovine. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunoblotting. Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections: 1/100. Positive Control: HEK-293. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
