Beschreibung
|
Nfluenza A (H1N1) virus is a subtype of influenzavirus A and the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. A strain of swine-origin H1N1 was responsible for the 2009 flu pandemic. NP (nucleocapsid protein) encapsulates the negative strand viral RNA, protecting it from nucleases. NP is responsible of the active RNP import into the nucleus through the cellular importin alpha/beta pathway.
Antibodies-Online Rabbit Anti-H1N1 NP Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide from C-terminal of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 virus NP protein (GenBank: CY040002).

Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.Western blot: 0.5-1 ug/mlOther Applications: user-optimized
