Beschreibung: AHA1 is a cochaperone that stimulates HSP90 ATPase activity. It may affect a step in the endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi trafficking. AHA1 interacts with HSPCA/HSP90 and the cytoplasmic tail of the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein. The protein is expressed in numerous tissues, including brain, heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, liver, and placental tissues.Antibodies-Online Rabbit Anti-AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit hosts using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide within the carboxyl terminus of human AHA1 protein (Swiss Prot: O95433).

Spezifität: Antibodies-Online Rabbit Anti-AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody detects human AHA1 protein. Sequence homology predicts that it will also react with rat and mouse AHA1 proteins.
