Spezifität: An epitope on the alpha chain of H-2D b MAb 27-11-13 recognizes with the alpha 3 domain of H-2D b class I MHC antigen. The antibody cross-reacts with the alpha 3 domain of H-2L d , H-2D q and H-2L q , but not H-2K d or H-2D d . Reactivity with haplotypes k, f, p, r, and s has not been observed.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: To insure optimal performance, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Representative flow data are shown on page two of this product insert. Fluorescein conjugate: <= 1 µg/10 6 cells, Biotin conjugate: <= 1 µg/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: <= 0.2 µg/10 6 cells.

Buffer: The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8°C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.
