  • Applikationshinweise
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1/32000. Western Blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx.21 kDa band observed in Human lysates of cell lineA431. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing NRAS bands of approx.21 kDa and21 kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Immunohistochemistry: 2-3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows stainingof cytoplasm and membrane of enterocytes.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Hintergrund
NRAS is an oncogene encoding a membrane protein that shuttles between the Golgi apparatus and the plasma membrane. Ras proteins bind GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity.Synonyms: ALPS4, GTPase NRas, HRAS1, N-Ras, Transforming protein N-Ras, neuroblastoma RAS viral (v-ras) oncogene homolog
