Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 4000. Western blot: 1-3 µg/ml. Approx 200kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculatedMW of 192kDa according to XP_001001845). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
