Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HEPG2,HeLa and Jurkat (calculated MW of 46.0 kDa according to NP_003070.3). A 40 kDa band wasobserved in transfected HEK293 transiently expressing BAF57. This band is not observed inthe non-transfected HEK293. Full caption: A) HEK293 overexpressing BAF57 (RC209444) and probed with EABIN374349 (mocktransfection in first lane), tested by Origene. B) ABIN374349 staining (0.2 μg/mL) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 35 μg total protein perlane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
