Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 20000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa and 60 kDa bands seen in 293 lysate (Predicted MWof 60 kDa and 60 kDa according to NP_006236 and AAH01175, respectively).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
