Beschreibung: Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSC) are present in most excitable cells. In neuronaltissue, they are responsible for generating and propagating action potentials. Brain VGSCsare heteromers of AB1B2 subunits. Of these, the alpha subunit forms the channel pore.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot (1-2 µg/ml for 2 hrs at RT). Immunohistochemistry on paraffin pections (1/200, 30 min at RT). staining offormalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: Brain. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
