Beschreibung: TIM1 (HAVCR1 or Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1) is a transmembrane proteincontaining immunoglobulin domain and mucin like domain, it is developmentallyexpressed at very high levels in the blastocyst. TIM 1 binds hepatitis virus in humans and is expressed on activated CD4+ lymphocytes especially on Th2 cells and has been implicatedto play a critical role in the development of atopic disease (in particular airwayhyperreactivity) and other Th2 biased immune responses.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot: 1-2 µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 5 µg/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
