Beschreibung: UBA6 (also knownm as FLJ10808) is an E1 enzyme that initiates the activation andconjugation of ubiquitin-like proteins. Modification of proteins with ubiquitin orubiquitin-like proteins control many signaling networks and requires a ubiquitin-activatingenzyme (E1), a ubiquitin conjugating enzyme (E2), and a ubiquitin protein ligase (E3). Thereare four different isoforms.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 10 µg/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 µg/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
