Beschreibung
|
Lewis A is a blood group antigen consisting of Gal Beta1-3(Fuc alpha1-4) GlcNAc. Lewis A isfound to be present primarily on epithelial cells such as colon and kidneys. 2-4 in thetumors and dedifferentiated tissues, decrease of Lea antigen was observed.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/200 for 30 min at RT, Staining offormalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Colon carcinomaOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
