This antibody can be used in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorecence, and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry can be performed on either paraffin or frozen sections after proteolytic enzyme treatment and on cells in suspension. Working Dilutions: Optimal dilution should be determined by the end user The following are guidelines only : - FACS : 1/10 to 1/20 - Immunocytochemistry : 1/10 to 1/20 - Immunofluorescence : 1/10 to 1/20 - Immunohistochemistry : 1/10 to 1/20
