Reinigung	The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for mouse IgG. Goat anti-mouse IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.
Buffer	HRP-labeled Goat IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ ), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl.
