Applikationshinweise: PU1 peptide antibody has been tested for use in Western Blotting and confocal microscopy. Detection of PU.1 and PU.1-ER using the anti-PU.1 antibodies on WB. Protein lysates were prepared by the RIPA buffer lysis of 1x106 Murine erythroleukemia (MEL) cells that express PU.1 (M) or murine hematopoietic progenitor cells isolated from PU.1 knockout mice and expressing transgenic PU.1-ER (P). SDS-PAGE were run and blotted on membranes and incubated with four different anti-PU.1 antibodies (37, 38, 39, 40) in a dilution 1:500 in PBS-Tween20 solution. Secondary antibody (anti-rabbit linked with horse reddish peroxidase) was used in a dilution 1:4000 followed by luminescence detection on X-ray film. Figure 2.
