Beschreibung
|
CEA is highly glycosylated 180 kDa glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion. It is normallyproduced during fetal development and then re expressed in increased amounts incolorectal, gastric, pancreatic, lung and breast carcinomas. CEA measurement is mainlyused as tumor marker to identify recurrence after surgical resection.

|
Immunohistochemistry for formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) Tissue Sections andFrozen Sections: Dilute 1/100-1/200 using polymer or streptavidin ~biotin system for 30mins at room temperature. Positive control: Human colon cancer. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
