Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung vomeronasal 1 receptor 5 (VN1R5, V1RL5)
Swiss-Prot Q7Z5H4
Immunogen A synthetic peptide as a part of human vomeronasal 1 receptor 5 (VN1R5, V1RL5) conjugated to immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Putative pheromone receptor. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. POLYMORPHISM: There is an allele VN1R5*2 with a truncating mutation in position 46. It was found with a frequency of about 32%. MISCELLANEOUS: The chimpanzee and orangutan orthologous proteins do not exist, their genes are pseudogenes. Spezifität Appears to be specific for VN1R5.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 3000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
