Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Involved in the pathway that functions to remove an inhibitor (probably synaptotagmin-4) of calcium-triggered exocytosis during the maturation of secretory granules. May be a marker for this sorting pathway that is critical for remodeling the secretory response of granule. Subcellular location: Golgi apparatus › trans-Golgi network membrane; Single-pass type IV membrane protein; associated with trans Golgi network (TGN) and newly formed immature secretory granules (ISG). Not found on the mature secretory organelles. Also known as: VAMP4, Vesicle associated membrane protein 4.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for VAMP4.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
