Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung xenopusTRPN1 (nompC, Putative transient receptor potential channel)
Swiss-Prot Q6RI86
Immunogen A synthetic peptide as a part of xenopus TRPN1 (nompC, Putative transient receptor potential channel) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: May function as an ion-channel regulator. May function with PKD2L1 as heteromeric taste channels. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in a subset of taste receptor cells distinct from those involved in bitter, sweet and umami taste. Expressed in circumvallate and foliate taste buds, but not in surrounding non-gustatory lingual epithelium cells. Expressed in testis. Also known as: Putative transient receptor potential channel, nompC.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for TRPN1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
