Beschreibung
The protein encoded by this gene is similar to the transient receptor potential (Trp) calcium channel family members. The expression of this protein is inversely correlated with melanoma aggressiveness, suggesting that it suppresses melanoma metastasis. Also known as: Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 1, TRPM1, MLSN1, LTRPC1, melastatin-1, melastatin 1.

Applikationshinweise
IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
