Beschreibung: The protein encoded by this gene is similar to the transient receptor potential (Trp) calcium channel family members. The expression of this protein is inversely correlated with melanoma aggressiveness, suggesting that it suppresses melanoma metastasis. Also known as: Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 1, TRPM1, MLSN1, LTRPC1, melastatin-1, melastatin 1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. This antibody works beautifully in paraffin sections. Heating the tissue sections above 85°C is not recommended.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
