Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung TRPC3, 6, 7 (4th cytoplasmic loop)
Swiss-Prot Q9JMI9
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the 4th cytoplasmic loop of rat TRPC3 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. Activated by diacylglycerol (DAG) in a membrane-delimited fashion, independently of protein kinase C, and by inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate receptors (ITPR) with bound IP3. May also be activated by internal calcium store depletion. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Also known as: Short transient receptor potential channel 3, transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 3.
Spezifität Appears to recognise TRPC3, TRPC6 and TRPC7.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
