Immunogen: A synthetic peptide as a part of human, mouse T-lymphoma invasion and metastasis-inducing protein 1 (TIAM-1, TIAM1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Modulates the activity of RHO-like proteins and connects extracellular signals to cytoskeletal activities. Acts as a GDP-dissociation stimulator protein that stimulates the GDP-GTP exchange activity of RHO-like GTPases and activates them. Activates RAC1, CDC42, and to a lesser extent RHOA. SUBUNIT: Interacts with BAIAP2. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Found in virtually all analyzed tumor cell lines including B- and T-lymphomas, neuroblastomas, melanomas and carcinomas. Also known as: TIAM-1, TIAM1.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for TIAM1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
