Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung taste receptor, type 1, member 2b (TAS1R2b, tas1r2.2) (internal part)
Swiss-Prot Q2MHL0
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the internal part of zebrafish Taste receptor, type 1, member 2b (TAS1R2b, tas1r2.2) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Putative taste receptor. TAS1R1/TAS1R3 responds to the umami taste stimulus (the taste of monosodium glutamate) and also to most of the 20 standard L-amino acids, but not to their D-enantiomers or other compounds. Sequence differences within and between species can significantly influence the selectivity and specificity of taste responses. SUBUNIT: Forms heterodimers with TAS1R3. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed strongly only in fungiform papillae.<||a href="http://www.enzim.hu/hmmtop1.1/server/submit.html" ><||/a> Also known as: Taste receptor, type 1, member 2b, TAS1R2b, tas1r2.2.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for TAS1R2a.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
