Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the internal part of human Synaptotagmin 17 (SYT17) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.

Beschreibung: SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed abundantly in brain (frontal and temporal lobes, hippocampus, hypothalamus, amygdala, substantia nigra, and pituitary), kidney, and prostate. Expressed in fetal brain, kidneys and lung. Also known as: Synaptotagmin-17, Synaptotagmin 17, SYT-17, Synaptotagmin XVII, SytXVII, Protein B/K.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for SYT17.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
