Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Sodium channel protein type 1 subunitalpha (SCN1A, Nav1.1) (c-terminal)
Swiss-Prot P35498
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal of Sodium channel protein type 1 subunit alpha (SCN1A, Nav1.1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologus in rat and human.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Mediates the voltage-dependent sodium ion permeability of excitable membranes. Assuming opened or closed conformations in response to the voltage difference across the membrane, the protein forms a sodium-selective channel through which Na+ ions may pass in accordance with their electrochemical gradient. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Also known as: Sodium channel protein type 1 subunit alpha, Sodium channel protein type I subunit alpha, Voltage-gated sodium channel subunit alpha Nav1.1, Sodium channel protein, brain I subunit alpha, SCN1A, NAC1, SCN1.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for SCN1A.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
