Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal of human SNIP (SNAP 25 interacting protein) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The immunogen is homologous in rat and mouse.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Delays the onset of cell spreading in the early stages of cell adhesion to fibronectin. Also involved in calcium-dependent exocytosis from PC12 cells. SUBUNIT: Interacts with the N-terminal coiled-coil region ofSNAP25. Interacts with BCAR1/p130Cas through its C-terminal domain. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Note: Localized to the perinuclear region, lamellopodia, cortical actin and actin stress fibers but not to focal adhesions. Also known as: p130 Cas associated protein, p140 Cap,SNAP 25 interacting protein, P140.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for SNIP.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
