Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the 1t cytoplasmic domain of human SCAMP1 (Secretory carrier associated membrane protein 1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Functions in post-Golgi recycling pathways. Acts as a recycling carrier to the cell surface. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Widely expressed, with highest expression in brain. Also known as: SCAMP-1, SCAMP 1, Secretory carrier-associated membrane protein 1, Secretory carrier membrane protein 1, SCAMP 37.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for SCAMP1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
