Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of human RHOV (CDC42-like GTPase 2) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.

Beschreibung: Function: Plays a role in the control of the actin cytoskeleton via activation of the JNK pathway. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side. Note: Treatment with TNF activates endosomal but not plasma membrane RHOV Tissue specificity: Highly expressed in pancreas, placenta, and fetal brain. Also known as: Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoV, Wnt-1 responsive Cdc42 homolog 2, WRCH-2, CDC42-like GTPase 2, GTP-binding protein-like 2, Rho GTPase-like protein ARHV.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for RhoU.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
