Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Rho related GTP binding protein Rho6 (RND1)
Swiss-Prot Q92730
Immunogen Synthetic peptides (dimer) from human Rho related GTP binding protein Rho6 (RND1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung Function: Lacks intrinsic GTPase activity. Has a low affinity for GDP, and constitutively binds GTP. Controls rearrangements of the actin cytoskeleton. Induces the Rac-dependent neuritic process formation in part by disruption of the cortical actin filaments. Causes the formation of many neuritic processes from the cell body with disruption of the cortical actin filaments. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side. Cytoplasm › cytoskeleton. Tissue specificity: Mostly expressed in brain and liver. Also known as: Rho family GTPase 1, RND1, RHO6.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for RND1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
