Beschreibung
FUNCTION: Receptor for all-trans- and 11-cis-retinal. Binds preferentially to the former and may catalyze the isomerization of the chromophore by a retinochrome-like mechanism. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Also known as: RPE-retinal G protein-coupled receptor, Rgr.

Spezifität
Appears to be specific for RGR.

Applikationshinweise
IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
