Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Ras-related protein Ral-A (Rala, Ral, Ral-a)
Swiss-Prot P11233
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from human Ras-related protein Ral-A (Rala, Ral, Ral-a) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung The product of this gene belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Ras family of proteins. GTP-binding proteins mediate thetransmembrane signaling initiated by the occupancy of certain cell surface receptors. This gene encodes a low molecular mass ras-like GTP-binding protein that shares about 50% similarity with other ras proteins. SUBUNIT: Interacts with RALBP1 via its effector domain. Interacts with EXOC8 and EXOC2. EXOC2 and EXOC8 have overlapping binding sites and compete for RALA binding. Interacts with Clostridium exoenzyme C3. Interacts with RALGPS1. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side. Also known as: Rala, Ral, Ral-a, MGC48949.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for Ral-A.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
