Immunogen: A synthetic peptide as a part of rat, mouse Rabphilin-3A (Exophilin-1, Rph3a) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Protein transport. Probably involved with Ras-related protein Rab-3A in synaptic vesicle traffic and/or synaptic vesicle fusion. Could play a role in neurotransmitter release by regulating membrane flow in the nerve terminal. SUBUNIT: Monomer. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell junction, synapse. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Specifically expressed in brain. Also known as: Exophilin-1, Rph3a, rabphilin 3A homolog.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for Rabphilin-3A.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
