A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of rat Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in human and rat.
A concentration of 10-50 µg/ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Lyophilized
Rekonstitution
Reconstitute in 150 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Handhabung
Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

Informationen zur Lagerung
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Function: This protein is an auxiliary protein of DNA polymerase delta and is involved in the control of eukaryotic DNA replication by increasing the polymerase's processibility during elongation of the leading strand. Involvement in disease: Antibodies are present in sera from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Also known as: Cyclin, DNA polymerase delta auxiliary protein, Polymerase delta accessory protein, Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen.
