Beschreibung Function: May play a role in neuronal cell development. Subcellular location: cytoplasm Tissue specificity: Over-expressed in brain. Also detected in lung, stomach, and in a lower extent in testis and thymus. At embryonic days 12 and 15, it is strongly expressed in the ventricular and intermediate zones of the brain and of the spinal cord. At postnatal day 10, it is detected in the dentate gyrus, the hippocampus, the cerebellum and theolfactory bulb. Also known as: Protein FAM114A1, Nervous system over-expressed protein 20.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for NOXP20.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
